I am a Channel. I have hidden this to date when it comes to the more corporate side of my work.
Who I am and what I am must be spoken about.
There will be those that do not want to listen and there will be those that just want the outcome, but there will also be those who do want to use and embed the wisdom that is given. And this is my job to provide it.
For those who do want to listen, they will be woken up through the words. Everyone must make a change in how they relate in their professional position and this is where I would like to introduce the topic I speak on, ‘The 4 Dynamics of Change’, that will come from your experiences.

The Wave – Illuminates
A wave of external circumstances is creating change. Externally life is the wave.
The Shift – Identifies
This wave creates a shift, this is the awareness that changes everything. That makes things crumble or makes things seems uncertain.
The Storm – Transitions
As you take the movement and begin to move, it is far from over because the shift presents a storm – and the storm is the moving modality from one way of working to another, the desiring and wanting to be different. The calling.
The Switch – Navigation process
You switch your dynamic. A switch is consciousness in clarity in your health and wellbeing in your intellect and in your conscious awareness to relate in a completely new and different way.
Masculine and Feminine Leadership Dynamics
These times are calling for an understanding of Masculine and Feminine Leadership.
The feminine leader is the one who needs to understand the spirit of her own humanity – that needs to return to her highest mission and purpose and understand this energy.
For the role of the masculine leader is changing and he will be faced with many dilemmas, he will have to face his emotions, and this will affect both male and female leaders. They will both have to look at their dynamic and how they relate.
Leaders will need to have a more conscious and intellectual, emotional and mindful approach that is person centred for good. This is what creates certainty.
